T-ball does NOT complete assessments, however you are welcome to attend uniform fittings during the following times 8/1 6-8pm and 8/2 9am-2pm.
The assessment time is based on what age group your child is registered for, please refer to your registration confirmation for this. If you have any questions regarding the age group your child is registered for, please email us.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your evaluation time to check in at the Snack Shack Pavilion, confirm your players jersey size and receive your assessment number before heading to the required field. Players will not be assessed unless they have checked in and received their number.
Have your player come dressed in active clothing and tennis shoes/cleats, along with their equipment (Helmet, Bat and Glove). If you do not have equipment, there will be extra items provided to use.
There will be no make up time or date unless due to weather for assessments. If you are unable to attend assessments your player will go into the draft as a hat pick.
All players will be contacted by their coach no later than the end of the day on August 6th (after drafts are complete). Most teams communicate via GroupMe or a similar app. Be on the lookout!
Assessments will be held at South Cherokee Baseball 6625 Old Hwy 5, Woodstock, Ga 30188
